What is Ennagram?

The Enneagram is a human psychology and personality theory model based on the premise that each individual has a distinct and intrinsic personality structure, or “essence,” that determines how they see the world and themselves.

The term “Enneagram” is derived from the Greek terms “ennea,” which means “nine,” and “grammos,” which means “something written” or “a figure.” The Enneagram emblem is a circle with nine equidistant points, one for each of the nine personality types. Its history dates back thousands of years.

These types have a distinct set of strengths and limitations, as well as unconscious motives, anxieties, and triggers that impact their ideas, feelings, and behaviors.

The Enneagram is a human psychology and personality theory model based on the premise that each individual has a distinct and intrinsic personality structure, or “essence,” that determines how they see the world and interact with others. The Enneagram is a strong instrument for growth, self-awareness, self-discovery, and spiritual progress, as well as a tool for understanding ourselves and others. It can assist individuals in better understanding their motivations and behaviors, as well as the motives and behaviors of others, resulting in more harmonious relationships, better communication, and more effective problem-solving.

Enneagram is a personality system that describes nine distinct personality types, each with its own set of characteristics, motivations, and behaviors. It is a model that explores the interconnectedness of various personality traits and provides a framework for understanding oneself and others. The Enneagram suggests that each person has a dominant personality type, but individuals may also exhibit traits of other types to varying degrees.
